Jane is by far the best realtor our family has ever come across.

The transaction was for a small condo outside of our area. She did an outsanding job of negotiating the price. Jane provided us with names for lawyers, home inspectors and repair companies when issues arose. She even personally met with the home inspector, condo manager and window repair person. This deal had issues but you would have never guessed it as Jane worked through any problems. When we did close it was very smooth thanks to Jane's efforts and the lawyers she gave us. If you are looking for a realtor that is honest, kind, and knowledgeable you found her and her name is Jane McClelland. Thank you Jane. You deserve ten stars not five!!!

"Under Jane’s expert guidance with staging, listing, pricing, improving the home, etc., we found a buyer for our home at list price within 48 hours of listing during the COVID pandemic. The buyer backed out because of a salary cut due to COVID. Within 48 hours after re-listing, we found another buyer, also at list price, who was so eager to buy the house that they met all of our unique requirements (we wanted to close ASAP and do a rent back). IF YOU ARE A SELLER AND YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE QUICKLY AT THE BEST PRICE, LISTEN TO EVERYTHING JANE SAYS BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING. She was spot on with her post-closing “money in pocket” estimate, too.We also bought a house under Janes guidance, also during heart of COVID. Negotiation skills are excellent. Knows exactly when to push and when not to push. Very pleasant all around and appears to be well respected by other local realtors, which means a lot because those realtors are more inclined to take us seriously and convey that to their clients. She heard what I needed and wanted and didn’t waste my time.
